  • Jr. Coach registration:
    •  Must register as a non-athlete member who is 16 or 17 years of age. 
    •  They are required all the same non-athlete coaching requirements; athlete protection training, CPR, Safety Training (online & in-water) and FOC 101 (1st year) and FOC 201 and Rules and Regs (prior to 2nd year).
    •  They are still required to be in direct supervision of another non-athlete coach member in good standing.
    •  Once they turn 18, they will receive an email notification to complete a background check.  Once completed and they are 18 plus 30 days, SWIMS will automatically switch them to a regular non-athlete coach member.
    •  The Jr. Coach that appears on their Deck Pass will disappear 30 days after they turned 18, if they completed a background check.
