HISI Insurance Certificate 2026 

USA Swimming Update:

Beginning this week, all insurance certificate requests will go through our insurance broker EPIC’s certificate request portal. Many of you have begun using this site already, and it is going smoothly. Your club information is already uploaded into the request site, and you should see your club name populate as you type in your request. If you do not, you can contact USA Swimming risk management at the contact information below.
