This is the tentative schedule for the House of Delegates, Board of Directors, and Committee meetings.
House of Delegates Meetings and Board of Directors Meetings will be in person from 9:30am - 12:00pm, unless otherwise announced. Per the HISI bylaws 4.9 and 5.7, House of Delegates and Board of Directors meetings shall be open to all members of HISI. Matters relating to personnel, disciplinary action, legal, taxation or similar affairs shall be deliberated and decided in a closed session which only Board Members are entitled to attend. Committee Month Meetings: Committees will arrange meeting dates/times and/or conduct business by email or zoom. Per the HISI bylaws 7.8, Committee meetings shall be open to all members of HISI. Matters relating to personnel, disciplinary action, legal, taxation or similar affairs shall be deliberated and decided in a closed session which only respective members are entitled to attend. All members of the Hawaiian LSC may contact the committee chairs to introduce business for a committee's consideration. The Board of Directors meetings will be held at the Pacific Club in Honolulu.
The House of Delegates meetings will be held at the campus of Chaminade University of Honolulu.
